Etherwave and IIgs

Hi,
    I'm wondering if I would be able to use a Farallon Etherwave to connect 
my IIgs to an ethernet network. I understand that this setup may work for 
Ethertalk, but has anyone tried TCP/IP with the latest version of Marinetti?
    Similarly, does anyone know of PC-localtalk bridge software that will 
run on a PC, do TCP/IP over localtalk and support my Farallon PC PhoneNET 
III card? I've got everything working with PC Maclan, but unfortunately PC 
Maclan does not include any such features.
    The quest for IIgs TCP/IP continues....
