You can use IBM 720 KB diskettes, and reformat them as 800 KB ProDOS...
you can still find them at office supply stores, or eBay.
You can reformat 1.44 MB disks but the formatting is really unreliable
and the disks tend to self destruct very quickly. Not at all
recommended.
