The IIc is supposed to work fine with ADT. A couple things to check are
your SSC Slot setting and speed.
Unless you have used the Configure utility to permanently change the
defaults, when started ADT will be set to work with Slot 2; and, Speed will be
19200 baud.
So, if your ADT is unchanged, after starting it you will need to press C
to get to the in-program Configure screen and set SSC Slot to 1.
Speed should probably be set to 9600. Depending on your IIc version, you
may need to go down to 4800 or 2400. Use the same speed setting on the PC.
Changes made from the in-program Configure screen are temporary. They last
as long as the program is running.
I do not know how having the Cricket running may affect ADT. On a IIc it
may mean using a lower speed setting for ADT.
