I've successfully used this with CiderPress and with a Quadra 650 running
System 7.  It's not quite right -- it doesn't include the partition table
itself as one of the partitions -- but that doesn't seem to matter.

The current version of CiderPress doesn't provide a way to create CD-ROM
images (it's on the big "to do" list).  If you already have a CD-ROM with
ProDOS partitions, you can create a new one this way:

 (1) Open the CD-ROM with the CiderPress volume copier.
 (2) Copy the entire thing off into an image file ("image.po").
 (3a) Open "image.po" with the volume copier, and copy new ProDOS volumes
   onto it.  Or,
 (3b) Open "image.po", delete all the files in the ProDOS volumes, and
   copy & paste individual files in.
 (4) Rename "image.po" to "image.iso" and record it onto a CD-R.
