Try http://www.whatisthe2gs.apple2.org.za/slam_dunk/index.html. There's a 
bunch of Apple IIgs-specific educational software there for download in disk 
image format and ShrinkIt GS. Getting these programs onto actual floppies 
may be a bit tricky in your situation. Did they have any old macs around?
