I figured it was something like that. I'm used to paying a bit for good
studio cables, but nothing like the prices I've seen for home a/v
stuff... $229 CDN for a 12' video cable set at Best Buy (!!!)
As it happens I came a cross a large bag of original Apple video cables
that I forgot I had, so ultimately the point is moot... at least as far
as Apples go. I can't wait to see what kind of up-sell I'm subjected to
if I ever buy a new TV ;-)
