ALDS assembler

Hi,

recently I stumbled in an old computer mag (mc 5/85, a German
magazine) over a notice about an "Assembly Language Development
System" from Microsoft. Probably this is a CP/M program for use with
the Softcard.
The nice thing is that it allows Z80 and 6502 code in the same source
file.

I haven't found anything about it on the internet.

Does anyone know more details about this?
Or better - owns one, and doesn't need it anymore?  :-)
