Identify card: Premium Softcard //e?

Hi folx,

I appear to have scored a Microsoft Premium Softcard //e in a French //e 
I was given last week - at least, I think it's a Premium Softcard //e - 
it has few markings, and doesn't match the design of the only picture I 
could find of a Premium Softcard //e at

Can anyone confirm if this is indeed a Premium Softcard //e, and explain 
why it looks different to the other picture linked above? It certainly 
performs the 80 column function of a Premium Softcard //e, and it 
certainly looks like it has the RAM chips for the 64K memory expansion, 
and it has a Z80B, so it's definitely a Softcard of some description (I 
have no CP/M disks yet to test that).

I'm looking for any information, including disk images and manuals for 
this item as well, so if anyone has these, please let me know.
