Does anyone know a good glue/cement to use to repair
a clean break in the case of a Platinum //e?
The break is at the left rear upper corner, where the plastic
case has a "bar" that connects the two sides of the case,
so it's a spot that gets some stress whenever the lid is
installed or removed.
I tried superglue and it worked for a while... ;-(
It seems like a "solvent" cement that would "weld" the
plastic would be best, but I don't know which one is right
for this kind of plastic.
