Hey, you started it with the name calling.
I have a problem with you starting the personal attacks.
I never called you a name, I never attacked you. Please explain how you came
to that conclusion so I can understand why you feel that way. Fair enough?
Here's one:

Thus Roy's comment regarding the errors. Since Woz was paid by Jobs, he
(technically) worked for/was employed by Jobs, not Atari.
Like I said, pedantic. Read the Byte interview - since it's a first hand
interview with Woz, it's clear he AND Jobs were doing the work and
interacted with Bushnell. Jobs split the money with Woz. They performed work
for Atari.
I'll take the Byte interview source as being more accurate over the German
site, or the funky weird one any day
Note the name calling?
And here's the preceeding post where you show that you didn't even
bother to read my post in context:

Sigh all you want, Woz was not employed by Atari, which is what the page
claims. And the above citations demonstrate that. So thanks for backing
me up.
BTW - the last reference has REAL problems, unless it means that the off
the shelf chips in the Apple I came from Atari bins.
Where in the cartoon does it say Woz worked for Atari? Nowhere.
Where in the article does it say Woz worked for Atari? Nowhere, it says Jobs
worked for Atari. It does imply that Wozniak did some work FOR Atari, at
least through Steve Jobs. It also says he got paid - so, he worked for Atari
after a fashion. Whether he was hired as a full-time, badge carrying
employee or not, is pedantic.
From the Byte interview, it sounds like Bushnell knew about Woz's prior work
on Pong, then hired them to reduce chip count on Atari's Breakout game.
