Re: Anyone got a broken //c LCD display?

If you mean the plastic screen piece that covers the LCD screen, you are much
better off removing it anyway. It made the LCD screen extremely difficult to
read. I always use my Apple LCD screen with the plastic screen overlay removed.
Most users in the 1980's-90's removed the plastic screen. Unscrew the unit and
gently wiggle it out - you will be much happier with the view. I still use my
plastic screen only as a dust cover when not in use, held in place with rubber
bands. Use backlightling (the sun is best), and adjust your stance for the best
view.

Sorry I can't help with the screen support. It is just a prop (not a firm
attachment), perhaps any old thing will do.

Congrats on the //c LCD - it's a wonderful world.
