I have scanned all three supplements:
BAPS1.PDF 13MB BAP Supplement #1, 1.0.1 and 1.0.2
BAPS2.PDF 14MB BAP Supplement #2, 1.1.1
BAPS3.PDF 17MB BAP Supplement #3, 1.2 and 1.3
Sorry, but they are much too large to email and I do not
have the web space to put them online.
