ADT (Apple Disk Transfer) allows you to copy the data from a standard disk into a 'disk image' on the PC using a Null Modem cable. These 140k image files can be used by many emulators directly.
Disk2FDI is a program that allows you to read the front of an Apple II diskette in a standard 'Intel PC' floppy disk drive. This also creates a 'disk image' file. (Due to the PC floppy drive offset head allignment, one can not get a complete read of the 'back' of an Apple II diskette even though the PC drive is double sided. And due to the PC floppy drive requiring an index hole signal, the back side of an Apple II diskette can not be read by flipping it over in a standard PC drive.)
Shrinkit can create compressed archive file that can then be transferred to a another PC by your choice of methods. It is equivilent to zipping on an Intel class PC.

I would like to start archiving this library. Is there already good
methods for doing this?
