I use Fishwings to edit or create a prodos disk image. Then I copy the
contents into a dos ordered image with Applewin and, finally, I
transfer the disk with ADT.
Probably there's a faster way to do it. You could use a file transfer
program like kermit to send the files directly from your PC to a
diskette in the AppleII drive.
