Or copy the disk image and load it with CiderPress.  It can convert
AppleWorks 3.0 WP documents to Rich Text Format (works with WordPad or
most any other word processor) and database/spreadsheet files to CSV
format (works with Excel and most other spreadsheets).

There's also an old commercial program called "CrossWorks" floating
around somewhere.
