The "Not a 16-sector disk" error means that ADT cannot read
track 1, sector 1 of the disk that's in the drive. It has
nothing to do with whether the Apple and PC are communicating.
If you are trying to send a disk to the PC, you will need to
crack the disk or use SST to send a nibble image. If you are
trying to receive a disk from the PC, be sure to INIT the
target disk first, before you run ADT.
