John,

Sadly the answer is no.  Over the years since System 6.0 has been
released, no one has managed to write an HSF repair utility.  A
corrupt HSF partition on a Focus drive has happened to me and the only
recourse I had was to copy all the files to another partition or hard
drive, format the corrupted partition and then copy the files back.
Make sure though that before to reformat the partition that you have
applied the HSF patch available from most Apple II public archives.
It doesn't fix all of the problems with the HFS.FST but it helps
considerably.
