If the card contains a ROM, then it might appear spontaneously as
a RAM disk. No ROM, no "automagic" RAM disk.
And if it _does_ have a ROM, you can examine it in the monitor
to learn more about how it works.
It is almost certainly not like the "Slinky" design, with the
moving 1-byte window. More likely, it is a bank-switched
design with a large number of 2KB-16KB pages. This is
a design not likely to be supported by many programs.
