I don't believe an updated IIgs motherboard is feasible unless someone
wants to donate some pretty hefty sums for development. Even then it'd
likely end up being too pricey a computer to sell.
If someone wants to improve the IIgs then building an inexpensive VGA
card would be a good starting place. A 32 bit accelerator with RAM on
the card is another possibility. If you can't do hardware but can
program, find the guy trying to build the USB card and write some
printer drivers.
