LOTS OF SNIPPING to preserve space... I hate it when people reply back an
ENTIRE message just to post a couple of words or sentenances in reply.

Anyways... have you looked at the C1 project - though it is a Commodore
inspired project, it's reconfigurable and I've heard several times (and
directly from Jeri) that there is an Apple II core - still a work in
progress. Might save time, less reinventing the wheel, etc.
