Good find there, Glenn!

Alex, I can't encourage you enough to finish your project from 1994.  The
one huge gaping hole in the Apple II enthusiast/expanion/hobbyist world is a
decent (hopefully affordable) video card that can open us up to VGA output
(Michael: thanks for the details about the rasterization limits.  I would
happily accept them myself, and have seen what it looks like on the NEC
Multisync that can hook up to a stock IIgs).

Just think of the service you would be doing to the Apple II world!  Free us
from the shackles of the (dwindling supply of) Apple RGB Monitors.  Give us
access to VGA LCD displays, VGA projectors, 9" full colour monitors, VGA
HUDs, etc....

Your name would go down in Apple II history as the man who really made
"Apple ][ Forever!" a real possibility.
