REQ: Mac DiskCopy Image with ProDos-8 * ShrinkIt or just an image of ShrinkIt?

I got a LC575 now, reformatted with 7.5.5, IIe Emulator Card and
everything is working, but I am trying to transfer disk images (.dsk)
back to original disks with dsk2file, and can't do much because of the
filetype is not in basic.  I typed in the program seperately, but I
get an I/O Error everytime I try and save to the 3 1/2" drive.  I
found the ProDos 8 image off of apple's website and am using that, but
can't figure out how to successfully transfer files over and get them
to work properly.  Any help would be greatly appreciated, either with
getting shrinkit in a disk copy image, or helping figure out what I
can' save the basic file to disk?  I tried changing the drive to 6,1,
without success.
