I thought those scans looked familiar. I recall making them about 5
years ago and posted them to the Delphi A2 forum. Anyway my Ramkeeper
came with the modified chip and works fine in a ROM 3. My board has
RK1A.N, RK2A.N, and RK3A.N GALs. The ROM revision is RK1.6, and the PCB
is Revision C. This was likely one of the last batches of RamKeepers
produced as the included gel cell is dated "1Q 1990". Hopefully the
above info helps.
