Does that RAM card on your homepage works for an Apple ][ europlus?

I got simms, since I have robbed some older PC's before throw them away,
it's good to have spare parts.

Does any know, how I can get color in my Apple ][ europlus?

By search thru internet I after some sleepless nights found out, that my
Apple is a PAL in black and white.
