Written words, not knowing a person in real life and the obvious cltural
differences often may make it difficult on the internet to understand the
emotional underflow. In my career I have met many colleques from all over the
world via email and in person. Many minor misunderstandings went away  after
meeting a person and having an informal chat at a bar!  
Since this newsgroup is an international nesgroup, with contributors from a
different background than the USA and not speaking native english, indeed
rereading before submitting a post may help. I am certain this newspost contains
many grammatical and other english related errors which in fact may result in
misunderstanding my good intentions. But it is the best I can do. 
On the other hand, it is great to be part of a global community! Communicating
is the first step towards a safer life on this planet, respect and understanding
the next.
