Unlike the Apple II, Apple held the technical information on the
Apple /// very close. Details were usually available only to developers
under non-disclosure. The small number of such developers indicates
that Apple may have required a considerable commitment prior to
disclosing details.

There were a few articles published that provided some information,
in magazines like Softalk, but they are unusual.

The heavily bank-switched memory map is quite different from the
Apple II in many details, from what I have seen.

Check the May, 1983, Softalk, if you can find it. I'll look into the
possibility of scanning the article if you can't find it. (I'm "reorganizing"
my lab area, so things are mre chaotic than usual. ;-)
