This is the Apple "Slinky" memory card.
According to the "Apple II Memory Expansion Card Reference Manual"
APDA part number A2G0022 (available from Syndicomm) this card is
usable on the Apple II, Apple II+ and Apple IIe.
It also works on the IIgs (whic did not exist when the manual
was written).
