Indeed correct Greg. Apple has only posted the 3.0.3 upgrade. the 3.0
software is lost for all time unless a kind person is out there.
The full 3.0 set consists of 4 disks:
1 Appleshare install 2. the Fileserver 3 the Printserver 4 The Workstation
disk. the 1st loads the actual version of the software, the 2nd and 3rd are
pretty self explainitory. the 4th has the specific fles needed to work in
combination with either the Appleshare Chooser in ProDOS (on a IIe) or the GS
File Share for accessing a 3.0 server and (drum roll and refrence to an
earlier thread): Server boot! I do not do server boot from a GS but my
Workstation card equipped Platinum IIe that also has a TW II card, a AE
Ramworks 1gb memory card (with the EGA daughtercard, a Liron 3.5 card and a
Vulcan Black powersupply +card oh and SSC for ADT and repainted leads for the
extra power draw (yeah, tis loaded! :) DOES server boot. or did...
I also ran LT bridge and a similar setup to what others describe.
