Don't know what any version of Copy II+ would make of DOS 3.3 volumes on
hard disk.

If you are talking about using Copy II+ on a hard disk with 1600-sector
(400k) DOS 3.3 partitions, you probably need version 5.5 or earlier modified
to work with 50 tracks and 32 sectors/track. (I don't know of any such Copy
II+ available from an archive. The modified Copy II+ might do fine for most
functions; but, it probably would not work correctly for something like the
Track/Sector mapping function.)

If your DOS 3.3 partitions are regular size (560-sector) volumes, Copy
II+ v5.5 or earlier started from diskette or a partition may work-- never
tried it, though.

Your best bet may be Glen Bredon's DOS Master system. It includes ways
to create different size DOS 3.3 partitions on hard disk along with a
modified FID to handle copying files.

DOS Master and docs are available on GS WorldView's archive at
http://apple2.org.za/gswv/a2zine/System/ .
