Resurrecting the IIC!

The internal IIc disk drive mechanism is IDENTICAL to the external IIC 
drive (If the external is the slim drive in a white case).  I'd recommend 
swapping the mechanisms internal/external drive first.

But if you conclude that the motherboard in the IIC is bad, then CRY NO 
TEARS! For $20 plus $5.00 shipping, I will sell you a guaranteed-to-work 
IIC MOTHERBOARD that will slip into your IIC casing.  This BUGGIE IIC 
board will even include a custom-burned ENHANCED IIC custom ROM CHIP with 
checkerboard self-test, AND the capability to operate the white-cased 3.5" 
IIc external disk drive (not the grey-cased unit).  My custom-burned IIC 
ROM chip will greet you with the word BUGGIE on the screen when you 
power-up the computer!!!!

WAIT FOLKS, THAT'S NOT ALL!
You ship me the burned-out IIC motherboard, and I will refund $10.00 from 
what you paid for the Buggie custom IIC motherboard! (You pay shipping on

If you feel nervous removing the IIC motherboard and installing its
