IMO, a lot of people want 8MB just because their GS can do it - but the
majority of GS users I know, never come near needing that much in their day
to day (practical) applications. People sometimes lose perspective that for
an Apple II (even the GS), 4MB is very generous, and if you have a ROM 3,
even more so. I have a couple of 8MB Sirius cards that I'm not using mostly
due to size, airflow and power constraints. Instead, I'm now using 4MB cards
and have haven't really needed more than that. Even with a RAM drive
enabled.

BTW, Congrats on your VCF recognition. I'm looking forward to buying one of
your Replica-1 boards in a couple of weeks (self-imposed Birthday present).
My sincere hope is that VBC is a fun and profitable business for you, and
that'll keep developing more cool stuff for our favorite old computers.
