I have an 'Macintosh Hard Drive 20' and I am wondering if there is a way to

I would also like to use it on a Macintosh so if any of you guys know of a
disk that I should need to run that hard drive on any other Apple/Macintosh
computer. Sorry if it was unappropriate to post this 'Mac' computer
question on this newsgroup, but I think that it is appropriate since it does
relate to the Apple II.
The HD20 drive won't work on any Apple II at all. Not even all Macs will
use it. They have to have support built into the ROM to boot off it.
Only the Macintosh 512Ke, Macintosh Plus, Macintosh SE, Macintosh
Classic, Macintosh IIci and Macintosh Portable have that support in ROM.
Some others can use the HD20 for storage but need the HD20 init in the
OS in the boot device. If your Mac has SCSI you'd be much better off
leaving the HD20 for preSCSI Macs as SCSI is so much faster.
