Apple IIc RGB Interface Adapter

I just found a handful of brand new (old stock obviously) Apple IIc RGB 
Interface boxes from Video-7 Incorporated (still in shrink wrap).  A quick 
search of eBay doesn't show any listed which to me means 1 of two things:

1) they are now rare.
or
2) nobody wants them so they get thrown away.

Any thoughts on which one it is?  If #1, thoughts on a fair price for 
these?
