Next question:

How do I "bootstap" a LC w/ a2e card to get Shrinkit and Asimov over,
etc.? I can move files from PC to Prodos, but they get screwed up
going from PC to mac to prodos. I did get Filetype going on the Mac &
I tried to have it duplicate the type settings using the Prodos files
on the a2e card starter disk as a template, but no go.

(I have access to a iigs which has 3.5 floppies and a syquest drive,
I'll get what I need there ... but meanwhile I'm *bugged* that I
forgot how to "bootstrap" up a  LC/a2e system given copies of most all
of Asimov and Ground on a local HD .... grrrrr)
