Disk II head cleaner?

Hi All

I've been lurking here for a couple of weeks.  Time to speak up and ask my  
question.

I was just given an Apple IIe setup which includes a load of expansion  
cards and a pair of Disk II 5.25" floppy drives.

The computer has been in a factory for a few years so is pretty grimy.   
I'd like to give the Disk II's heads a clean before I put any disks in  
there.

Anyone know where I can get a 5.25" floppy drive head cleaner?  I only  
seem to be able to find 3.5" ones online.  I'm in the UK if it makes a  
difference.

If not, can anyone recommend an alternative (cotton swabs, isopropyl  
alcohol, something completely different?

Next step will be to get hold of some boot disks for the thing :-)
