     The main trick in making a chat work is regular scheduling-- which
also happens to be the thing that's the hardest to pull off.

     Suggest you pick a day of the week and time you can commit to and
post it. Or, maybe, pick a couple days per month, like the first and third
Wednesdays at 9PM Central Time.

     Once some day/time is set, people will begin to show up.
