Foreign CharGen

Does anyone have a German Character Generator 
in file or PROM that they can send me or read 
off into file and send me so I can compare to 
one that someone made for me, or just burn a 2764 
and send to someone I'm trying to help get one? 
He claims that he needs "AE" and "ae" but every 
time he sends me a list of what he needs I get 
"A" and "a" with 2 dots overhead. The prior are 
in the Denmark and Norway sets, and the latter 
are the German. This is why I would like to see 
a real one so I can compare them and then I will 
know what he really needs.
