: From your pics I can see that all the memory
: sockets are full which is 48k on the motherboard
: plus you have a 16k card in slot 0 which brings
: you to 64k total.

: A II+ is far from useless. Most things you can
: do on a IIe, you can do on a II+. A IIe would be
: easier but there's some enjoyment from pushing
: a II+. As is you can run ProDOS 1.9 or earlier.

The only restriction really is AUX Ram. :o)

: If you get an accelerator or a suitable 65c02
: then you can use any version of ProDOS.

I can verify that. I use ProDOS 2.0.3 only on
my II+.

: If you want a printer you don't need to stop
: with a dot matrix, there's quite a few ink jet
: printers that'll work with your II+.

How about a TI MicroWriter??? It's a Laser Printer.
It's compatible with HP-4 laser.

: My II+ is set up with these cards at the moment
: 0) 16k card
: 1) TransWarp accelerator
: 2) clock card
: 3) 80 column
: 4) mouse card
: 5) superdrive card
: 6) Disk II card
: 7) Rev C SCSI card

Very nice setup! :o)

: I don't print that often but if I want to print
: I swap in a ProGrappler connected to an Epson
: Color Stylus 800 printer.

Can I use my Canon BJC-2130 as well? I understand
that they are compatible with many Epson Inkjet
printers.

: I replaced the 6502 with an R65C02 so that if I
: remove or deactivate the TransWarp I can still
: use ProDOS 2.0.3

The R65C02 runs well in my II+ also.

: I haven't tried the internet but I can send and
: receive email with my II+. I do that ocasionally
: via our user groups BBS.

Using a Super Serial card and a serial cable to your
PC or Mac and a telnet server, any Apple II should be
quite capable of text only internet access. :o)

: The Microsoft Z-80 card is for software that uses
: the Z-80 processor. At one time there was more Z-80
: software available than any other kind.

Let me clarify that Z-80 runs CP/M software. :o)
