I've used both Beaglewrite and Scholastic's Multiscribe (it's
predecessor) without noticing any problems... I'd actually have to say
it's one of the better Apple II programs I've used. If I'm not mistaken,
Beagle Bros released a GS version that might be what you're thinking of.
