Apple IIe enhanced CopyII+9.1

I do have an Apple IIe built in 1982 with an 6502.
I put the 65C02 from an IIe built in 1984 in.
All programs which request a 65C02 run perfectly (like ProTerm3.1)
But Copy II+ 9.1 says that I do not use an enhanced Apple IIe.
Does anyone know why - I thoght the bord 1984 only has fewer but
in the end the same IQ.
