I tried to sent you by email scanned pages of the index of the manual I have...
It seems to be different from your, my has just 50 pages...
I definitely have 2 super serial cards, both with this small manual.
Are you in willing to scan one of your manuals?
It would be a quite good 200-300 dpi (depending on what is draw on the sheet)
raw grayscale scanning, then compressed with GIF.
Then I will clean all the pictures and I will put it on a PDF.
