These books are so hard to find around!
Let me know if you wanna scan, I will give you some specification about
the scanning format. Then you can put all the .TIF or .GIF files to my
mailbox, and I will clean/convert them to PDF.
Basically would be good a 256-gray scan with 200-300 dpi resolution
(depending on the size of the characters) compressed then with a
lossless algorithm. Then I will convert to black/white for an easy high-
quality reprinting.
