Is it Asimov that doesn't allow RESUME, because
I have been able to resume uploads through FTP
clients in the past?

You can email a ZIP file to me, preferably no larger
than 5-6 MB and I can try uploading them for you.
Only thing is, if you have trouble uploading files
that size, others may also have trouble downloading
the same files once they are there.  8o)

Are you on ComCast? And have they upgraded
your area to 3Mb/sec.?
