Claims to be a prototype of the IIgs.
I recall seeing a Cortland during a visit to Applied Engineering in
1986. The unit they had was in a IIe case, but the system firmware was
in a T-shaped daughterboard arrangement plugged into a single DIP
socket. They explained to me that earlier units were shipped with (4)
smaller EPROMS due to short supply of larger-capacity (for that time)
EPROMs.
IIRC, it was referred to as an "airplane" due to its shape.
