Please cite the legal precedent for this and I'll certainly check it out. The
truth is a c&d is really only a means of saving oneself the hassle of bringing a
law suit, it is not a prerequisite to doing so. As I said before try checking
your facts first. Maybe I am living in the 80s but that is surely better than
the fantasy land you live in where ideas become reality. BTW I studied for, and
gained, my degree in Law at a University where did you get yours - mail order
was it?
