Z-Ram question.

I saw one of those Applied Engineering Z-Ram boards on e-bay recently.
It had 3 40 pin sockets on it. obviously one was for the 65C02C
(65C802C?) but what were the other 2 for?
I was also wondering if I could install both one of these and an Apple
1 meg board (after replacing the rams with 4 mhz compatible chips) in
my Apple IIc+?
(Actualy, I don't have one yet-hopefully I'll be getting one next
weekend. I have the LCD though! :)
