Robert:
If you don't want to disable (or change) the Mac OS Finder Shortcut
<oa><tab> in order to back tab in Deja ][, just use this key sequence from
within Deja ][ to back tab:
<oa><ctrl><tab>
This also works when running AppleWorks under Bernie.
Concerning the comments of one of the other posters about the Deja ][ source
code and making mods, I, too, have flirted with the idea of making a few
changes to improve Deja, but fear I haven't the time to even attempt it
right now.
Among the things I'd like are:
1. Fix the crash that occurs when copying from the Mac Clipboard to the
AppleWorks Clipboard.
2. Allow for a wider black window border (ala Bernie).
3. Fix the issue with changes in Preferences 'sticking'.
As it is know, I use Bernie to run AppleWorks.
Deja would be better for some tasks, though, since it theoretically allows
clipboard transfers between the Mac and AppleWorks environment, and it
directly reads and writes its files to the HFS/HFS+ file directory on the
Mac drive. Deja _will_ read a TEXT file with a *#^$#&$ resource fork!
Mark Munz, who wrote Deja ][ and generously released it as freeware, works
for a living, and I sure wouldn't pester him about doing any mods these
days, unless I had Mark Cuban's kind of money and could hire him to do the
mods at his professional rate. <g>
