I don't know about 4.0.1 but there was Systems 5.0.2 and 5.0.3. 5.0.2
was the bug fixed 5.0 while 5.0.3 was the first attempt at an update
to System 5.0.2. System 5.0.3 had a serious bug that would occur in
low-memory situations so it wasn't available for very long and was
fixed by System 5.0.4. From what I've heard Systems 5.0.3/5.0.4
should have been called System 5.1 but for whatever reason wasn't.
Probably for the same reason that System 6.0.1 wasn't called System
6.1 like it should have been.
Systems 5.0, 5.0.2, 5.0.3 and 5.0.4 were all distributed by A2-Central
On Disk when they came out. Those contents of those disks are still
available in the form of the "Resource-Central/A2-Central CD-ROM" that
Shareware Solutions II sells. I have it. It is a great CD-ROM
collection. I'll let Joe Kohn jump in here now to let people know
where they can order it. :)
