Yes, provided that the appropriate patches are made using PlusWorks.
PlusWorks also provide patches to use a Saturn-style 128KB card on
a ][ or ][+ to run Appleworks.
The 80-colum card provided lower-case display, any of several RAM
cards provided enough memory, and there were patches to get around
the keyboard limitations of the original Apples.
There were lots of people who had expanded ]['s or ][+'s who wanted
to run Appleworks, so it's really not too surprising that someone made
it possible. ;-)
