'Celt' has recently reappeared on the CSA2 groups.  Since I have all 
issues, I am working with him to get the rest scanned to be placed 
on-line once again.  (I had no idea they were on the site mentioned 
later in this thread.)  I too have developed an HTML index of issues 
already scanned.

That sounds like a good idea to place a dark paper behind to reduce the 
bleed through, I'll mention that to him.
